"I originally had a good experience, especially with this agency. The process of getting insured was smooth, and when my motorcycle was stolen, the claims process and support were handled well. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. I understand insurance companies sometimes need to verify information and request documents. However, shortly afterward, they started demanding an excessive amount of personal documentation just to keep my auto insurance active — pay stubs, bank statements, and more — to the point where it felt more like applying for a mortgage than simply having insurance. Eventually, I had to end my relationship with the company because of how over-the-top the process became. What makes it even worse is that even after canceling my policy, they still continue sending confusing bills in my name almost every month. I contacted them about it, but nothing changed. Very disappointing experience overall."
